A few weeks ago I was lucky enough to be able to go to the Cake and Bake Show London 2013 and I thought I would share with you what I saw when I went.
There was so much to see and I managed to meet some great people, including some past and present stars of the Great British Bake Off! I don’t have photos with them with me but at least I have some great memories, and last year’s winner Mr John Whaite even follows me on Twitter now! Go team #GBBO!
Anyhow, without further ado, here are some pictures to show you some of what I saw:
As someone who loves baking and cakes it was a great opportunity to see lots of the different things on offer in the baking world. The Fabulous Baking Brothers even made a sourdough starter in a cement mixer – wow! It’s a great opportunity to see, take part in things and shop! If I wasn’t on such a strict budget I would have bought one of those lovely aprons by Messy Baker (well hello there, Flirty Floral!)!!
I highly recommend a trip to the Cake and Bake Show – there’s one in Manchester as well as London and I am now looking forward to my next foodie adventure!!
