Flower Burger was Italy’s first vegan fast food (burger) restaurant, born in Milan in 2015; founded by Matteo Toto.

The concept is to enjoy new flavours in a colourful way, in a fun and friendly atmosphere. And of course these bright burgers and fun locations are incredibly Instagrammable!

As of time of writing, there are 15 international Flower Burger branches, including Italy, the UK (London and Brighton), but also in The Netherlands and France.

“We love that the Brightonians prioritise all the same values that we do, from inclusivity to sustainability. From day one, it has been our mission to create an inviting international brand that motivates customers to eat plant-based. We want people to relax and have fun in our restaurant, offering great-tasting and unique products that we produce ourselves,”

– Matteo Toto, Flower Burger Founder & CEO.
