No matter the time of year, I love iced coffee. I thought I’d share a few of my favourite vegan iced coffee recipes, so if you fancy making one, there’s plenty of choice – from simple and easy, to a little more advanced recipes.
Simple Vegan Coffee Recipes
Vegan Thai Iced Coffee
6 oz cold brew coffee
2 oz of your favourite vegan milk (coconut is best for this recipe)
1 dash cinnamon
2 dashes ground cardamom
2 dashes almond extract
Add ice and stir!

Vegan Peppermint Mocha
2 cups coffee
1/4 cup cashews
1/8 teaspoon peppermint extract
2 dates
1 tbsp cocoa powder
Add ice and blend!
Cashew Coffee
1 1/2 strong coffee
1/4 cup cashews
1 tablespoon vegan maple syrup (more or less to taste)
a small pinch of coarse sea salt
Blend together, hot or cold, for roughly 45 seconds!
Plain Iced Coffee
2 tsp Instant Espresso Powder
1 cup hot water
Vegan milk to taste
Brew by pouring hot water onto instant espresso powder, stir in milk. Then pour over ice!
Vegan Frappuccino
1 banana, chopped and frozen
1 cup cold brew coffee
4 dates
Your favourite milk (almond works well here)
Combine and blend until smooth!
