These vegan biscuits made with Whittard’s orange and cardamom instant matcha tea* are easy to make and taste delicious. The matcha, combined with the taste of the orange and cardamom give a fruity, floral flavour, making them the perfect accompaniment to a cuppa, or to be served when guests are visiting. You really need to try baking them for yourself!
Essential oil diffusers have grown in popularity over the past year or so, and I’ve become pretty interested in them myself after seeing so many people enjoy using them at home. My only experience of using essential oils before had been way back in the 90s when my friends and I used to have ‘oil burners’ (usually from The Body Shop or a local ‘hippy shop’) in which we’d heat using tea lights. Thankfully, things have moved on from then!
The lovely people at Utama Spice got in touch with me to see if I wanted to review their ‘Danau’ essential oil diffuser, and also to give one away to readers of my blog – read on for my review, and also the details on how to win a ‘Danau’ diffuser of your own.
Ben & Jerry’s have really stolen part of my vegan heart since they launched their non-dairy ice creams in September 2017. So when I received the invite to their first non dairy Scooper Club (see what they did there?!), I knew I HAD TO GO. The evening’s menu was to be devised by Gaz Oakley (AKA Avant-Garde Vegan), and Pixie from Plant Based Pixie, and I had my assumptions that the food would be based around the Ben & Jerry’s non-dairy flavours, but I was already trying to figure out what the food would involve.
Whether you’re looking for something vegan friendly to solve a hangover, or want to put together a delicious dish that’s quick and easy, as well as tasty and filling, you need to make this tasty vegan mushroom bolognese.
Wow. 2017. What a year. After 2016 was a bit of a wash out, ending with my husband’s Mum passing away at the end of October, we didn’t know what the next year would hold. The thing is, life got a bit better! I’ve had such a busy year, and I wanted to share some of it with you. So without any further ado…
