May is one of my favourite months, mainly because there are two Bank Holidays, not going to lie! And on the first Bank Holiday weekend (29th April – 1st May), Brighton Foodies Festival will be in town! I really enjoy heading to Hove Lawns with my partner and dog, and having a good look around the stalls, watching some top chefs cooking delicious things, and having a look at everything that’s on offer. Great news, vegan, dairy free and gluten free pizza lovers! Fatto a Mano has just launched their vegan and gluten free ranges at their London Road Brighton and Church Road Hove locations. They kindly invited my partner and I to try their revamped menu, and from what we’d already heard about this pizzeria, we had to give them a try.

I absolutely love to bake, and I’ll be sharing lots more of my favourite vegan baking recipes with you, but for now I wanted to share with you a bit of a Brighton secret. Well, I say secret, but I’m sure that if you’ve visited one of the local vegan cafes you may have already had a taste of it!
