With a new year, comes new projects, and a lot of people have started Project Life for their new hobby in 2015. Partly to do with the growing popularity of planners, partly to do with YouTubers & Bloggers such as Lily Pebbles and Sprinkle of Glitter, and partly because it’s a fun idea.
Busy Busy = Not Enough Time to Craft
Life has been pretty busy recently, I must admit, and blogging has taken a back burner due to starting a new job, Christmas shopping, zumba, hula hooping (I’m doing quite well now – more on that in another post), spending time with friends and family, and trying to take care of myself more in general. The keeping busy has helped keep my head afloat, but I must admit that there have been times where everything has all gotten to be too much for me.
I would craft my cares away, but at the moment I am not feeling too inspired on the papercrafting side at least. I ordered some things which I think will inspire me, so here’s hoping I get my craft mojo back soon.
When I was in Amsterdam a while back, I managed to visit HEMA a few times and loved it. My friend Tizz had mentioned over the years how much she loves it, and I was a little jealous that the Dutch had it, but we didn’t.

But this month all changed. HEMA came to the UK They opened up a shop at Victoria, in London, plus two additional shops in Kingston and Bromley, which are in outer London.I’d joke and say that us sending Primark over the Rotterdam was the deal breaker!
