July 4th is this week and I was asked to try the new American Legends range from Domino’s this weekend. I could not say no and thought it would be a fun way to mark Independence Day by jazzing up the table for my Saturday evening’s pizza party, as you can see from the picture below:

There are lots of different types of BBQ sauce out there, including a plethora of recipes, but this one is so good that I thought that I might as well share it for you all to dip veggies in.
Tea Review – Whittards Pink Lemonade Tea
I used to love going to Whittards in Brighton Churchill Square but sadly it isn’t there any more. I guess that kind of helps with my tea addiction, but I also miss out on getting some of my favourite bits. The last time I was in a Whittards I picked up a couple of items, one of which was the Pink Lemonade instant tea. I thought that I would give you my opinion on it today.
Although I don’t really drink much fizzy drink wise, I do like pink lemonade when I’m in the mood for it. I thought I’d enjoy this tea because of this and I do, but I have a couple of things to say about it. To enjoy it at its fullest then it is suggested that you use 3 spoons of the powder – now this is fine but I don’t drink my tea with sugar and this stuff is half sugar, half flavouring so I limit myself to 2 spoonfuls. I would prefer this tea if there was a powder with less sugar, but it’s instant and I limit myself to drinking this at the most once a week.
I love the flavour of this instant tea though and if I ever manage to get to the bottom of the pot then I’ll possibly buy it again as a treat or to enjoy as a nice, summery iced tea.
It’s not currently for sale on their site, so I’m not sure if it will come back, but who knows!
Cake, Cocktails and Total Greek Yoghurt
I was lucky enough to be invited to the combined 30th anniversary of Total Greek Yoghurt being in the UK and the launch of their new TV ad. Myself and a few other lovely people were treated to a master class with Eric Lanlard where we got to decorate our own cakes and then in the evening sip cocktails and celebrate with the Total team. It was great fun and I learnt some new skills to make my cakes look a bit more presentable – whether or not it shows in the cake that I decorated is down to you!

Fab Father’s Day Gifts
Father’s Day is just around the corner and although quite a few people that I know don’t really celebrate it, I thought it would be nice to share some items that people could make or buy to give if they do celebrate. There are some really cool handmade things out there for Dads, it’s just sometimes you have to have a bit of a dig around. I’m hoping this post will mean that you won’t have to do that as much.
