I am known in my office for my cakes and it has become a habit for me to bake when there are birthdays, people leaving etc. Last week I baked a lemon drizzle bundt cake which went down incredibly well and as it is one of the guys in my department’s birthdays today (and a big one at that since he is just short of 6 months younger than me) I thought I’d bake something for him!

I love a good biscuit and Hob Nobs are one of my favourite types. However, I sometimes find them a bit too salty and dry. Delicious Pasties Recipe

We made pasties using Paul Hollywood’s pastry recipe and they turned out to be delish! These are perfect for packed lunches, picnics, lunch, dinner and snacks! There’s no recipe as such, apart from for the pastry, which is Paul’s one (and pretty darned fabulous) but I took photos of the process to share with you guys at least!
